MENTOR School Event:
Hands-on Workshop - Modeling with SeeSAR

Welcome to the workshop page by BioSolveIT. This year, we are delighted to contribute to the MENTOR School in Tübingen.
In our hands-on workshop, you will learn the basics of modern structure-based design in a fun environment.

What makes the BioSolveIT workshops special? They are interactive events powered by state-of-the-art software that is easy to learn. You do not need to be a computational chemistry expert to independently design new potential drug candidates within a binding site.

Important Note: Since this is a hands-on session, your laptop is required. Also, please download and install the required platform SeeSAR (see below for instructions).

Step 1: Download SeeSAR

Access infiniSee

After the download, install SeeSAR on your machine.
Windows, macOS and Linux packages are available.

Step 2: Activate SeeSAR

In order to launch infiniSee, start the application and load your license file into the software by either navigating to the file from the start screen or by drag-and-dropping the file into the SeeSAR window.
