infiniSee xREAL 7.1 brings the improvements of infiniSee 7.1 to the dedicated xREAL platform, making the exploration of purchasable Chemical Space faster, clearer, and more informative.

With the new MPO plots, users can assess compound properties at a glance, sort results by their MPO score, and quickly identify which parameters fall outside the desired ranges. In addition, infiniSee xREAL benefits from the major performance improvements introduced with infiniSee 7.1, including faster Analog Hunter searches powered by the optimized SpaceLight algorithm.

Just like infiniSee Arke, infiniSee xREAL also benefits from the new database format for Chemical Spaces. As a result, the xREAL Space can now be searched faster than ever before.

Important notes:
  • The new database format is the new default format for infiniSee xREAL.
  • The new file format of xREAL Space is not backward compatible. When using older versions, only the old space format can be used.
  • Updates for xREAL Space will only be released in the new database format.
  • Therefore, we recommend all users to update to the latest version to ensure compatibility with the up-to-date versions of xREAL Space in the future.
  • Please note that projects created with older versions are no longer compatible with infiniSee xREAL 7.0.

Key Features
  • xREAL Space Update: The new version of the xREAL Space has doubled in size! For the first time, the number rises to a staggering 4.4 trillion tangible compounds.
  • xREAL Space Loading: The xREAL Space is now decoupled from infiniSee xREAL as a separate file and no longer included within the downloaded executable.

    Users must download the xREAL Chemical Space file separately after installation directly within the software’s interface.
  • RAM Warning Dialog Updates
    • Warning dialogs for insufficient RAM have been removed from Analog Hunter and Motif Matcher Modes.
    • In Scaffold Hopper Mode, RAM warnings will now appear only if the system has less than 16 GB of memory.
  • Feature Consistency with infiniSee: All features and improvements listed for infiniSee 7.0 'Arke' also apply to infiniSee xREAL.
