How Does infiniSee xREAL Work?
The xREAL Space is not a stored list of molecules. It is a combinatorial description built from Enamine’s building blocks and validated synthesis protocols, which is why trillions of compounds stay searchable on a standard workstation. infiniSee xREAL works directly on this combinatorial representation and assembles matching products on the fly, rather than screening a database entry by entry.
You provide a query molecule and pick a search mode. Scaffold Hopper compares fuzzy pharmacophore features and returns compounds with a comparable feature distribution across different scaffolds. Analog Hunter ranks results by molecular fingerprint similarity for close analogs around a compound of interest. Motif Matcher extracts molecules containing a maximum common substructure, or an exact substructure that you define. Running the same query through more than one mode gives you orthogonal result sets and better coverage of the relevant chemistry.
