Streamlining Collaboration and Development for Neglected Diseases Drug Discovery Using CDD Vault

We are happy to announce a guest speaker webinar by Kelly Bachovchin from our friends at Collaborative Drug Discovery. CDD provide a whole solution for today’s biological and chemical data needs, differentiated by ease-of-use and a strong focus on collaborative capabilities. Efforts to develop new drugs to treat neglected tropical diseases are limited and therefore rely on collaborations between academic and industrial institutions. Kelly will speak about how they help share up-to-date information and data — which is pertinent for these types of collaborations.

CDD Vault®, a cloud-based software, includes activity & registration, visualization, inventory, and ELN capabilities.  Researchers can archive, mine, and securely collaborate within CDD Vault.  Collaborative hypothesis generation and evaluation allow multiple perspectives for multi-parameter optimization.

CDD vault helps to streamline the drug discovery process, and Kelly will show this with a real world example. CDD, being a key player in modern state-of-the-art drug discovery, has contributed to many breakthroughs in various projects; should you be curious about A.I. integration in our discipline —  then an excellent talk on machine learning in drug discovery can be accessed here.

This Summer, You Wear Molecule Alignment This July, see Similarity in 3D with FlexS as BioSolveIT’s Tool of the Month. In ligand-based drug discovery, the most interesting molecules are not always the ones that look similar on paper. Sometimes, the true connection only becomes visible in 3D. FlexS helps uncover...
