The figure shows a selection of highly populated scaffolds that facilitate particularly rapid follow-up and catalog-based SAR exploration. Examples include CHEMBL3649095 (an OX1R/OX2R antagonist), CHEMBL1814325 (a CB1R antagonist), and CHEMBL3890471 (an NK3R antagonist).
