The latest release of infiniSee xREAL 7.0 Arke Prime brings both a major performance leap and an unprecedented expansion of the xREAL Chemical Space.
With the new high-performance database format now in place, xREAL delivers faster search speeds across a massive 4.4 trillion tangible compounds. This update redefines what’s possible in ultra-large virtual screening while maintaining full compatibility with the latest infiniSee features.
Key Highlights
New Database Format for xREAL Space
infiniSee xREAL now adopts the new database format introduced in infiniSee 7.0 “Arke”.
- The xREAL Space is no longer bundled with the application and must be downloaded separately.
- All future xREAL Space updates will be released exclusively in the new format.
- Older xREAL and infiniSee versions are not compatible with this format.
4.4 Trillion Compounds Now Accessible
The size of the xREAL Space has almost doubled, increasing from 2.4 to 4.4 trillion compounds. This expansion, made available by Enamine, significantly expands the compounds available for exploration.
Decoupled Space Distribution
The xREAL Space is now delivered as a standalone file, no longer included in the platform executable.
- After installing infiniSee xREAL, users have to download the space file directly within the software’s interface.
Updated RAM Handling
- RAM warning dialogs have been removed from Analog Hunter and Motif Matcher.
- In Scaffold Hopper, warnings will only appear if system memory is below 16 GB.
More Updates
All improvements introduced in infiniSee 7.0 also apply to infiniSee xREAL. This includes:
- SMARTS search in Motif Matcher.
- Similarity score completion in the Analyzer Mode.
- New filter for “Maximum Consecutive Rotatable Bonds”.
- One-click filter control, improved feedback, and performance enhancements
