Application Science & Support Expert (m/f/d)

As a member of our Support and Service team you will use your in-depth chemical and pharmaceutical knowledge to find better solutions for our highly valued customers. Applying our software you will also detect end-user needs and translate them for our development teams. With your help we plan to achieve ambitious company goals and retain our position as premier provider of Drug Discovery Software for all Chemists.

What we expect

• You have at least a Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or related fields and an intrinsic drive to learn and improve.
• You are a passionate applicant of CADD software, equipped with a high capability to understand complex contexts.
• You have experience in Python scripting and a talent to teach and train others with patience.
• You are fluent in English, have a basic knowledge of German, and have a proven ability to manage projects in a team context.
