Sales & Account Assistant

As a Sales & Account Assistant you will play a key role in supporting our growing sales and account management activities. With your help we facilitate efficient sales and controlling processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise between sales, controlling, and operations to ensure smooth workflows
• Ensure accurate invoicing, contract documentation, and record-keeping
• Maintain and update CRM and ERP systems with accurate customer data
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and documentation for management
• Assist with client onboarding, preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts

Skills & Experience

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High commitment to accuracy and a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience in B2B account handling
