We are proud to announce the winner of the Scientific Challenge Winter 2021: Guilherme Martins Silva from the University of São Paulo!
As the first winner of the BioSolveIT Scientific Challenge from South America, Guilherme convinced with his multi-target computational approaches to discover novel drug candidates for the treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease. Performing multi-target virtual screening on AChE, NMDA, GSK-3β and γ-secretase with compounds from Enamine’s REAL Space, candidates were further assessed with in-house machine learning (ML) QSPR models.
We wish him further success with the follow up and further success stories with BioSolveIT applications!
