Marketing and Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

Job Description

We offer a great opportunity for a highly motivated Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate finds it easy to connect with people and favorably has a good grasp of early drug discovery. You will be responsible for outreach, prospecting, and qualifying leads and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to further broaden our visibility world-wide. This includes actively applying your creative abilities to foster innovative strategies.

Location: Sankt Augustin, Germany (Hybrid possible)
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

How you will make an impact:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as social media, emails, and events.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, and effectively communicate the value of our products & services.
  • Align with the sales team members to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into our sales pipeline.
  • Plan, organize and conduct marketing activities such as postings, mailings, webinars workshops, meetings and exhibitions.
  • Routinely follow-up with attendees of our various outreach activities, as well as with inbound requests.
  • Maintain accurate records to manage and track lead finding activities and enable reporting based on certain performance metrics.

What we expect:

  • Bachelor’s in either Life Sciences OR Business Administration/Marketing. Entry-level applicants are welcome
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoying customer contact and direct outreach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
