In this issue of tips & tricks we will demonstrate the basics of LeadIT (Intro Movie), Core Replacement and Growing from One Bond. The Intro movie shows you how to navigate and utlize the GUI, load project files and alter the visualisation of molecules. The Core Replacement movie exhibits the ReCore functionality within LeadIT for easy and quick rescaffolding of molecules. Whilst the final movie, Growing from One Bond depicts how to perform fragment growing while targeting specific receptor-based pharmacophores:
