Problem:
We are running LeadIT, presently only one active user, and are having license issues. The workstation can connect to the license server and it shows the licenses we have paid for. When the end user tries to dock a compound she gets the following message:
[...] Licensed number of users already reached.
Answer:
Our license model tracks number of processes, not users, so only 1 single docking process can be started with a single-seat license. Even the same user is not allowed to start multiple LeadIT sessions with dockings.
This could be the reason for license key rejection reported by LeadIT.
Please note, that although LeadIT does not require a license for receptor preparation, it does for docking, and once having docked in a LeadIT session, the license will be kept locked until program termination, even if the docking of the current library has finished.
