This error code (-103) means:

"Terminal Server remote client not allowed." 

This occurs because our evaluation licenses are not allowed to run on Windows Terminal Server remote clients.

For Windows Terminal Server installations we can provide you with a flexlm server license which of course implies that you have to set up a flexlm license server. However, this would anyway be necessary if you ordered a regular FlexX/-SIS/FlexS/…  license.
