Please help me! I already have checked common pitfalls like But LeadIT still doesn't find any license.
Please execute the following steps in order to resolve the problem or at least to find the reason for this problem.
First, start leadit on the client computer and open the Global Preferences dialog. If not done so far, just enter the license server's machine name as a new license server, or the license file's directory, in case you are using a test license. Then, click on Apply. If there are still only red crosses in the "License Status" overview, quit leadit and start again. Check again the License Status.
Now, if leadit still does not find any licenses, check the details of the message box after having clicked "Check Licenses Now". And if there is no hint also, quit leadit and set the environment variable FLEXLM_DIAGNOSTICS to 3. Start leadit again and watch the output in the "Information Stream" window, accessible via the "Window" menu.

- the whole contents of the Information Stream (Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C) and
- the complete output of "Help > System Information..."
and send it to license@biosolveit.de.
