HTSview opens up a new world to working with and analyse FeatureTree similarity data. Marcus Gastreich reported on a project-related sample application at Aventis Pharma Deutschland GmbH during which HTSview's machine learning interfaces were efficiently used to rapidly raise hit rates.
	FlexX-DB is FlexX's door to the database world. By simple statistics, we used the new tool to automatically extract pharmacophore constraints for thrombin, CDK2, and ACE.

Both talks (HTSview and FlexX-DB) attracted a large audience and were extremely well received - you could tell by the crowds requesting further information.
