The Premier Scientific Solution Provider
FlexX-Ensemble has been evaluated with ten ensembles of protein structures containing 105 crystal structures and one homology model (*) for Aldose Reductase. The structures have a similar overall backbone trace, but different side-chain conformations and variations within some loops. 60 ligands were used as references for the correct binding mode.
