The fragments of the molecule become the nodes of the FTrees. Edges of the FTrees correspond to the linked fragments. Nodes are coloured according to the following scheme:

interaction profile: color:

  H-Don   blue

  H-Acc   red

  Phenyl-center   green

  Phenyl-Ring, CH3, amide   green

  hydrophobic   green

mixed interaction profiles (eg. hetero ring systems) have mixed colours.
